The website provides information about our portable mini golf services and business opportunities. Submitting a form or requesting a quote does not reserve a date, confirm an event, or create a service booking. We will review your needs and discuss availability, the proposed setup, and pricing with you. We offer configurations of up to nine holes per event, subject to the agreed scope and availability.
Pricing and booking confirmation
Any starting prices, estimates, or examples shown on the website are planning references. Final pricing depends on the event location, duration, course configuration, access, setup requirements, and other agreed details. A booking is confirmed only after Mini Greens confirms the arrangements in writing and any requirements in the applicable quote or service agreement are completed.
Payment, changes, and cancellations
Payment schedules, deposits, cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, weather arrangements, and related event obligations will be stated in the applicable quote or service agreement. These website terms do not establish a separate deposit or refund policy. If an event-specific agreement conflicts with these terms regarding the booked services, that agreement controls.
Venue information and safe use
Please provide accurate event and venue details so we can assess the proposed setup. Space, surface conditions, access, permissions, and other requirements will be discussed before booking. Organizers and participants must follow the safety and equipment-use instructions provided for an agreed event. The website does not replace those instructions or an event-specific agreement.
Website images and descriptions
Some images may be illustrative, digitally generated, or supplied by third parties. They show possible settings and experiences and do not necessarily depict completed Mini Greens events or equipment currently available. The specific equipment, layout, and services for your event will be confirmed in your quote or agreement.
