Which course options can we discuss?
Discuss 1-, 2-, 3-, 4-, 5-, 6- or 9-hole packages, with a maximum of nine holes per setup. We’ll help match the course size to your space and event format, then confirm equipment availability before booking.
How much space do we need?
The footprint depends on the course configuration. Because each space is different, send dimensions or photos so we can review hole placement, room for players and access for setup.
Can the course be indoors or outdoors?
Yes, in a suitable space. We’ll review the surface, access and available room with you. For outdoor events, we’ll also discuss weather considerations and a backup plan.
What should our quote cover?
We’ll confirm the course configuration, event duration, delivery, setup and teardown, along with any agreed extras. You can also ask about scorecards, signage, branding or tournament formats when planning.
Can we host recurring events?
Yes. For example, we can discuss weekly or monthly experiences for your venue, along with event formats and opportunities to promote them together.
